Nepal Grade 12 Examinations Likely To Be Scheduled Before Dashain!

The Nation Board of Education (NEB) has informed that the Grade 12 Board Examinations will be most likely held before Dashain. However, the exams will be held only after COVID-19 vaccination arrangements are made for class 12 students. The NEB said that they are ready to conduct the examination before Dashain if the Covid-19 Crisis Management Center (CCMC) allows it. The Board also confirmed that 15 days prior notification will be issued for the students after receiving approval from the CCMC. Last week, the Parliament’s Education and Health Committee has recommended the NEB to conduct the Grade 12 exams promptly, for the repeated postponements would negatively impact the students. “Both the Board and the Ministry are in favor of holding the tests,” he added. The NEB recently postponed the class 12 examinations, which were scheduled to start from Shrawan 31, upon recommendation from the CCMC. As the exam has already been postponed twice, the NEB stated that it is working on a schedule to ensure that the examination does not have to be rescheduled again.
